Virtual Personal Leadership Programme

Joining a virtual cohort gives you the opportunity to experience our transformational leadership programme remotely, from anywhere in the world.

Our virtual programme is a 10-week part-time course focussed on delivering immediate positive behaviour change to deliver lasting results. You will learn proven techniques to lead teams effectively and recognise the key skills necessary to drive your life and business forward with confidence, courage and clarity.

This virtual course, facilitated by Penny Ferguson in bite-size video lessons, covers the fifteen core modules from our 3-day face-to-face Personal Leadership Programme. This is an immersive learning process with regular real-time training enabling each participant to be supported on their own terms and in line with their particular needs. Weekly 90-minute live sessions give a chance for discussion with your cohort trainer and fellow delegates.
