Penny is an Award-Winning Author, Podcaster, Speaker and the inspirational force behind The Living Leader.
Penny founded The Living Leader 30 years ago and wrote our flagship programme, the Personal Leadership Programme.
Penny is an inspirational speaker, connecting with her audiences in a deeply personal way through her warmth and refreshing honesty. She is the author of two acclaimed books which inspire readers to challenge assumptions and introduce change across their lives.

Emma is a unique blend of strategic vision and practical expertise – enabling her to continue driving TLL towards achieving our shared vision.
Emma, the daughter of Penny, joined the family business in 1999 and became a trainer, delivering several programmes for large organisations. Her commitment to TLL continued alongside breaks to raise her own family and grow her career in Sales and Business Development.
Now leading from our head office in Norfolk, Emma is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential
Emma is devoted to her daughter, Grace, and their mutual love of horses. Emma was among the top five female amateur jockeys in the UK and continues her passion today, mainly eventing her horse, Rockett Man. ​

Vic lives life to the full with her daughter Julia and her music-playing husband, David, who Vic supports at various gigs and concerts.
