Young people can change the world

The Future Leaders Programme

Igniting the potential in the leaders of tomorrow

Our transformational content has been tailored specifically to young people aged 16 to 23 – empowering them to reach their full potential.

The Personal Leadership Programme has had a profound and lasting impact that is both inspiring and life changing. Lots of people have shared, "I wish I knew this stuff when I was younger”. So now we’re making it possible for young people to do so – equipping them with essential self-awareness tools to take charge of their lives and become outstanding leaders. Who knows, maybe we'll even sprinkle more kindness and love to everyone whose life we touch.

The Future Leaders Programme promotes understanding, co-operation, and the development of leadership skills in every aspect of life. It underscores that we all have a leadership role to play in many different contexts – as a friend, a colleague, an employee, a boss, a parent – and true leadership involves nurturing other leaders.

Throughout the 3-day programme, participants explore how beliefs and behaviours are interconnected, and once understood, can lead to positive transformation.
