In-Person Personal
Leadership Programme
When delivered in person, our Personal Leadership Programme is an intensive three-day residential experience with far reaching benefits for those taking part.
Our open programmes are delivered face-to-face at a venue conducive to a transformational learning experience. Each cohort includes up to 10 delegates from across multiple companies and becomes a peer group of individuals supporting each other on their own personal leadership journeys.

Throughout the three-day programme, our knowledgeable trainers demonstrate solutions and techniques using real-life scenarios which can be adapted to any situation, no matter how challenging. The programme covers a huge range of topics designed to dissolve mental blocks around being an outstanding leader and provide practical steps that can be taken to tackle life's challenges.
