Building on the perspectives and skills gained through the Personal Leadership Programme, it puts the power into your hands, equiping you with the skills to positively impact the leaders of today and tomorrow.

The Certified Leaders Programme is an intensive in-person experience over 10 fulfilling days, Delegates will then complete their pilot, delivering the full three-day programme while being observed and supported by their Programme Facilitator.

In teaching an individual how to deliver the programme, the Certified Leaders Programme enables individuals to gain an immensely deeper understanding of our leadership concepts and the philosophies behind them.

During this intensive programme, individuals experience four strands of learning:
