Leadership Thinking
Inspirational stuff! You have helped me re-examine virtually everything in my leadership armoury, test it, tweak it and in some cases eject it altogether
Paul Stobart, CEO at Sage UK
The Leadership Thinking workshop model is the step by step process for liberating the human mind to think for itself with unprecedented clarity, originality and rigour.
Enabling leaders to raise the bar on performance is seldom achieved without a shift in the way they think, and in perception. As such, improving thinking capacity is essential to responding effectively to change and maintaining competitiveness. This highly participatory course teaches this acclaimed process in depth, providing the knowledge and skills for a leader to help themselves and others to produce flexible, creative thinking strategies – enabling the finest solutions.
The Leadership Thinking workshop is a three day programme – two successive days with a follow up day, two weeks later.
